Why we built it

Most property tracking is still done in scattered spreadsheets, or bundled into accounting software built for businesses rather than individual investors. PropWiz was created to fill that gap: a tool designed specifically around how Kiwi property investors actually manage their portfolios, without the complexity of full accounting platforms or the manual upkeep of a spreadsheet.

Why it’s free

PropWiz is, and will remain, free to use. There are no subscription tiers, no hidden fees, and no premium features locked behind a paywall. We believe portfolio tracking is something every property investor should have access to, regardless of portfolio size, and we’re committed to keeping it that way as the tool grows.
